Each brew, Phiwo, Dale and Larry have a signature brew that they love and has been named after them. Within the brewery each brew has been allocated a certain zone, which alludes to certain characteristics of each brew and features their specific colour alongside the bold yellow colouring of the brand.

Zone 1 is the bar - inspired by Dale whose favourite colour is pink. A small fun space has been created achieved by the use of interesting and unique design features which create a sense of playfulness. Zone 2 is the dining area - inspired by Larry whose favourite colour is orange. Larry exudes confidence which is what you need to be when you enter this particular space, as diners have to go up and order their food from the counter, the seating configuration forces the diners to interact with each other. Zone 3 is the outdoor deck - inspired by Phiwo whose favourite colour is green. This is an exciting place to be because of the unique block seating concept that can be rearranged according to the diners needs.

The aim of the design of the brewery was to create a fun, unique and flexible space where customers can come to relax and enjoy a beer and a meal. Flexibility has been created both in the interior and exterior spaces of the brewery, with the tables and chairs within both spaces being able to be easily reconfigured to suit the needs of the diners. The blocks placed throughout both spaces are lightweight and can be easily moved around to create unique, different and additional seating spaces.
